My car was at the parking lot at my job, and just wouldn’t start. A dear friend was there to help and suggested this location since it was so close. There were signs of serious corrosion around the battery. Marcus Reed (Big Marcus) was at the front and was gracious enough to drive his own car behind my friends back to the parking lot to take a look at the car. He was able to start it, and I was able to drive my car back to the Bell Tire, where I bought a brand new battery and had it installed. This was about 7pm in the evening by the way. These guys are lifesavers and so very courteous and helpful! Thank you Marcus!!

The WORST and I mean the WORST Bell Tire Anybody could ever go to please save yourself time and frustration and go to a different location. There’s this one manager in particular and I don’t recall his name. He was rude very unprofessional and just made the experience horrible. We had an appointment scheduled and been waiting there almost 2 hours. The bay was completely empty and we had to ask why our car hadn’t been taken back yet.. They wouldn’t even put my spare tire back underneath my car where it belongs. I had to go home Jack up my car and put the spare back up myself

I had the best auto repair customer experience I have had in years here with Cristino, his mechanic and his Team. Cristino was professional, courteous, knowledgable, helpful and the service was reasonable and timely. I knew what to expect and there weren't any surprises. Cristino, the mechanic and the Team all did a great job and felt like service you used to get. They went out of their way to not over charge me. I had multiple issues with my Sons car, the solinoid, rocker arm, tires, alignment, a tuneup and air conditioning fillup, etc. He found one part was under warranty and didn't charge me for the part. He even got a box and helped me remove stuff from my Sons truck so they could hear for a rattle and he carried the box. No one does that these day, lol. (Prior to this I had taken it to a chevy dealer who wanted $550 to just inspect it, and I was upset.) Bell Tire on Carpenter made it all better and I am so happy with their job I would highly recommend them.

I got my car serviced here today and managed to lock my keys in my car. The Manager Cristino Gonzales personally came to my house and unlocked it for me. This shows how committed they are to serving their customers and how above and beyond he and his team went to helping me. I would highly recommend doing business with them as they are very reliable, quick, and honest. His willingness to help satisfy me as a customer is what this world need more of. I couldn’t recommend their services more.

I went in to replace two new tires. One employee hassled me about being 30 mins early for my appointment. They called me 30 minutes later and told me they didn't have the tires I ordered but had other tires in stock that fit and that my car was in the bay. Then told me it would take two hours to replace them. (With a scheduled appointment I might add. I called them in 3 hours because I hadn't heard from them. They kept me on hold for 20 mins and said they were trying to locate my car. They then said my car was in line. For a service I didn't ask for (John Carnes them told me that it is the ethical code to do the alignment) I further asked him why it was taking so long to do everything. Hey got an attitude and told me I can just come get my car right now if I didn't like it. He then told me it would take another hour to do that. They didn't call me to get my permission to do any other diagnosis. After he told me it's against their policy and ethics to send car out, I then asked him how much longer would it take for this alignment check. He put me back on hold for 20 mins, came back on the line and said it would take twenty more minutes. I told him don't worry about it and I'll come
